Year 2 have settled in well and made a wonderful start to the new school year. They have been busy learning through play and exploring their creativity in lots of ways. From role-playing at the dentist surgery to painting colourful autumn scenes and animals. They have been whipping up some tasty creations in the mud kitchen, sculpting fantastic self-portraits out of clay and building some great structures with the blocks. They have even been putting their senses to the test in a fun smelling experiment. It has been a fantastic start and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds.
