Year 5 have been very busy this month. They were joined by Anna from NI Water, who discussed ways to save water and explained how the water treatment process works. Anna showed us how dirty water is filtered and Year 5 had the opportunity to have a go at their very own filtering experiment, which they loved. 💦🌟
We also had a very special visit from John, Martin and Eoin from NIFRS. They discussed ways to prevent fires in our homes and ways we can stay safe. The children asked very important and relevant questions and loved the opportunity to hear the Fire Engine’s sirens. 🧑🚒🔥🚒
