Pastoral Care Week continued with Welfare Wednesday and the day began with a food bank collection. The generosity of our school community was overwhelming as bags and bags full of groceries continued to arrive at the collection point outside our school. By the end of the day there were more than 100 bags of shopping filled to bursting. The groceries will be distributed by the Rotary Club of Ballymena to the needy in our community in time for Christmas. A massive thank you to all our families who so kindly donated, these gifts will help brighten up Christmas for those who are going through a challenging time.
